سياسة الشحن – Shipping Policy
As a service-based company, Jinni Services does not ship physical products.
However, the following terms apply to service delivery:
- Services are delivered on-site at the customer’s location as per the selected date and time.
- A confirmation SMS and/or email will be sent prior to the appointment.
- Any changes to the scheduled time must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
- In case of delay from our side, the client will be notified, and compensation (in the form of discount or free revisit) may be offered depending on the case.
